Quotes & bookings
Every project is confirmed with a written quote covering scope, deliverables, timeline and price. A booking is confirmed once the quote is accepted and any deposit is paid.
Deposits & payment
A booking deposit secures your date, with the balance due [Owner to confirm: e.g. on or before delivery]. Payment methods and schedule are set out in your quote.
Rescheduling & cancellation
[Owner to confirm cancellation and rescheduling terms, including notice periods and any non-refundable deposit.]
Delivery
Final photos and video are delivered through a private online gallery. Turnaround times are confirmed in your quote.
Usage & licensing

Weather & contingencies
